- In this role, you will be responsible for handling the business training for a Goods Retail business. You will work for the training function with a proactive and problem-solving approach with good logical reasoning ability and interpersonal skills that keep you connected all the time. You will be encouraged to have good client management skills and reporting and data analytical skills._

- Roles and Responsibilities_
- _Handle every Training deliverable end to end (stable processes) - Manage BAU for L&D & Training_
- _Build daily/weekly reports and dashboards on new hire training, Process Knowledge Tests, SOPs, HOTO or any training documentation to show progress or decrease in status_
- _Handle and create different views of data and create Power point presentations for reviews (Views will always change and will need to be redesigned)_
- _Co-ordinate for Infrastructure & Logistics for Training through the Knowledge Transfer_
- _Handle every aspect of New Transitions from the Training perspective and leading the team from Knowledge Transfer into Stable Operations_
- _Build Pre KT & KT Plans and ensure daily adherence and effectiveness of Training_
- _Readiness of new hire class - logistics, creation of documentation & use of Learning Tools_
- _Timely & effective pre - process & process trainings (internal or client led)_
- _Feedback & mentorship of new hires & Process Trainers_
- _Ensure 100% adherence to new hire learning paths and manage 100% Green Training Audits_
- _Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, Update dissemination for all new and stable processes_
- _Deployment of Global L&D Standardized Practices for the scoped population/site_
- _Creating & delivering 30-60-90-120 Days L&D Roadmaps basis Training Needs Identification & granting of Licenses To Operate_
- _Ensure 100% Coverage for periodic Process Knowledge Trainings, refreshers and conducting Assessments using various modes of testing_
- _Enable addressing any knowledge or skill gaps through creating learning forums that deliver relevant trainings_
- _Driving Training on Online platforms and adherence to Targets at the account level_
- _Setting up and maintaining Hygiene for Training Audits for all Knowledge Management Pillars_
- _Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments_
- _Build action plans for people missing SLAs during training and post training completion_
- _Lead the Quality metric for the process and accountable for the team of Quality auditors and be responsible for the Quality audit frameworks for the business_
- _Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practice_
- _Lead all the Quality and Improvement in execution projects_
- _Be a consultant to the business and advise operational improvement ideas_
- _Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification_
- _Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment_

- _Must have an experience in Reporting, data analysis and views and creating PowerPoint slides with robust data views for all deliverables_
- _Excellent Interpersonal skills_
- _Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data_
- _Passionate, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business_
