**Job Description** Job Summary**

To ensure that all the transactions (at activity level) are accounted appropriately and timely in line with prescribed standards. Timely preparation and submission of MIS report at site level to the management for making sound business decisions.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparation of Annual / Quarterly /Monthly site budgets with proper supporting at site level.
- Assist in preparation of Site-specific CAPEX and OPEX Cost Analysis (periodical reviews for taking necessary corrective actions if any required)
- Assist Site Level Monthly Accounting - Accruals, Prepayments review & posting month end standard Journals.
- Assist in Site specific F&A related Statutory Compliance to ensure 100% compliance in this area.
- Understanding Policies and Procedures of the company and ensuring Site specific Internal Controls in line with Corporate Guidelines.
- Accounts Payable - Checking vendor invoices as per contract/PO/ as per Indian tax requirements, obtaining approvals and processing.
- Revenue
- Preparation and submission of sales invoices, collating all documents required for invoice submission.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**
- Postgraduate in Commerce / MBA-Finance.
- ** Experience**
- 4 -7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process plant-based accounting environment with focus on costing.
- Knowledge of IGAAP.
- Commercial Legislation such as GST Laws.
- Policy and Process Orientation.
- Eye for detail to pick up variances for taking up corrective actions.
- Application of Financial Planning Tools
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Should be proficient in English, Hindi is of advantageous.
