We are seeking a motivated Creative Designer for Digital Content and Marketing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials across various platforms to effectively communicate our services and business offerings. This will be a key role working directly with the Founder.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business objectives, target audience, and messaging strategies.
- Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work closely with engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment between design and messaging.
- Optimize designs for various digital platforms and devices to maximize engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects across different platforms and formats. (Internships or College projects applicable)
- Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools. We are tool agnostic. So you choose what you are comfortable creating with.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
