**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop content that aligns with brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- **Research and Fact-Checking**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce well-informed and accurate content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to deliver relevant and timely content.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Optimize content for search engines using targeted keywords, meta descriptions, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify high-ranking keywords and integrate them into content to improve search engine performance.
- **Content Strategy Development**:

- Assist in developing and executing a content calendar that supports marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Identify opportunities for content topics that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit content for grammar, style, and accuracy.
- Ensure all written materials are error-free and meet company quality standards before publishing.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other departments to create cohesive campaigns.
- **Social Media Content**:

- Create content for social media platforms, including posts, captions, and stories that engage followers and build brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- **Content Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze the performance of published content through tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve future content based on performance metrics.
- **Content Management**:

- Maintain and update content across the company’s website, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is updated regularly to meet current market demands.
- **Innovation and Creativity**:

- Brainstorm new ideas for content, exploring new formats like infographics, video scripts, and interactive media.
- Continuously look for ways to engage audiences in fresh and innovative ways.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, preferably 2+ years.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content needs.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
