**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect - Full Stack (MERN Stack, Microservices, Azure AKS) to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role requires a strong background in full-stack development, microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration. You will work closely with leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to build robust systems, ensuring best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or a postgraduate degree in CS, IT or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with full-stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, MySQL, Express, React, Node.js).
- Expertise in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and Azure AKS.
- Advanced knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and relational databases such as MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of multi-tenancy architecture, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
- Proficiency in React Native, Node.js, and mobile/web technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve in a customer-facing role, evaluate customer requirements and provide efficient technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Design scalable microservices, secure RESTful APIs, and multi-tenant architectures using the MERN stack.
- Oversee container orchestration and deployments using Kubernetes and Azure AKS.
- Represent the organization at a technical level and propose solutions for optimization.
- Ensure front-end and back-end components are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.

**Nice-To-Have**:

- Experience with SOAP APIs and legacy system integration.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools.
- Proficiency in YAML and Swagger for API documentation

**Job Details**:

- Budget: 30 - 35LPA (Including 15% VP)
