**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Platform Management**: Oversee the setup, design, and optimization of our online store on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- **Product Listings & Descriptions**: Create compelling product listings with clear, accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and optimized keywords to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and update product inventory, ensuring all products are listed correctly, and track stock levels.
- **SEO & Digital Marketing**: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Manage paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive sales.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure the website provides an excellent user experience, improving navigation, page speed, and checkout flow.
- **Sales & Performance Analysis**: Track e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, average order value, etc.) and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- **Payment & Shipping Setup**: Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways and shipping methods, including troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues.
- **A/B Testing & Optimization**: Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, product pages, and promotions to optimize user experience and sales conversion.
- **Market Research & Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to continually enhance the online store’s performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an e-commerce expert or in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with customer service and addressing customer inquiries.
