- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 4 Years in accounting field
- Minimum Experience : 1-3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a public accounting firm or tax consultancy.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Taxation Associate to join our team. The Taxation Associate will be responsible for assisting with tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for our clients. Depending on the role, the focus may be on either direct taxation (e.g., income tax, corporate tax) or indirect taxation (e.g., VAT, sales tax).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for clients.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations to clients and senior tax professionals.
- Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, including gathering relevant documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Stay current on changes to tax laws and regulations and communicate updates to clients and team members.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and identify opportunities for tax savings.
- Assist with tax projections and estimates to help clients plan for future tax obligations.
- Collaborate with other team members, including tax managers and partners, to deliver comprehensive tax services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, with specific knowledge in either direct or indirect taxation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 per year
