**Main Accountabilities**
**Security**:
- Security Planning: Develop effective Security Plan by identifying Security risks, suggest practical mitigation plan for identified risks, highlight major risks, bottlenecks faced which can seriously affect Security of Men, Material
- Security Readiness: Prepare plan to monitor Security preparedness at site, undertake night surveillance visits, surprise mock drills, surprise Q&A session to judge alertness & conceptual knowledge of security personnel, ensure proper working of Surveillance systems at site and recommend measures to be taken to strengthen Security, analyze accident, misbehavior reports and suggest ways to remove the causes responsible for such acts.
- Security Breach: Report all Minor and Major breaches along with full RCA to your supervisor, understand the role of Security in case of Emergency as per Bunge Emergency Plan, ensure all security personnel are aware of Company Emergency plan and their respective roles.
- Security Training: Prepare Yearly Training calendar of all the Security personnel basis their JD & deployment, ensure trainings are imparted as per plan, develop training effectiveness system, and monitor the effectiveness of trainings basis the defined system. Ensure PSARA & POSH training to all security personnel, Maintain training calendar, attendance, and effective record all in soft. Ensure 1 developmental training to all guards once in 2 months.
- Security Records: Ensure all security records are updated and maintained as per described format, timely submission of all the records, prepare and submit monthly security presentation to AM- HR & Admin. by 30th of every month.
- Security Reviews: Define review mechanism and tracker, ensure reviews are done as per defined timeline, develop review format highlighting points discussed, timelines decided to close any point & responsible person to close the point, ensure closure of points as per defined timelines.
**Mobile Equipment**:
- M.E. protocol implementation
- Ensure implementation of M.E. protocol at site, report variation of M.E. protocol to AM- HR & Admin., give suggestions and recommendations basis practical implementation of M.E. protocol, discuss bottlenecks in M.E. protocol implementation.
- Company Transportation
- Ensure Company vehicles including Ambulance are in safe and in perfect condition all the time, all vehicle documents, service records, audit records are updated.
- Safety Audits of M.E. Prepare safety audit calendar along with the checklists, ensure safety audits are conducted as per the defined timeline, prepare monthly audit report of safety audits and share it with AM- HR & Admin, ensure closure of all the points raised under safety audit.
- Reviews: Define review mechanism and tracker, ensure reviews are done as per defined timeline, develop review format highlighting points discussed, timelines decided to close any point & responsible person to close the point, ensure closure of points as per defined timelines.
**House Keeping**:
- Service levels: Fixing of Service Levels and house
- keeping trackers with House Keeping Supervisor,
- Implementation: Ensure Housekeeping of Roads, Toilets, Offices, Drains etc. are as per agreed service levels.
- Monitoring: Tracking of housekeeping headcount and material consumption.
- Reviews: Define review mechanism and tracker, ensure reviews are done as per defined timeline, develop review format highlighting points discussed, timelines decided to close any point & responsible person to close the point, ensure closure of points as per defined timelines.
**Other Allied Administration activities**:
- Implementation: Develop and maintain lawns, flower pots, ensure all drinking water points and RO/ Filters are in running condition and clean drinking water is available through them, ensure all Roda boxes, fly catchers and Pest control activities ae undertaken as per agreed serve levels with PCI, Lead 5S activities in Security and Admin. block, to get 5S audits done (internal & external) for Security office and Admin. bloc along with the defined 5S team.
