**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Planning**:

- Develop and present design concepts for new building projects or renovations, ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using CAD software.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with project managers and other construction team members to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee the construction process and monitor progress, quality, and cost control.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide expert advice on design solutions, material choices, and construction methods.
- Present final design proposals to clients and adjust designs based on feedback.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with engineers (structural, electrical, mechanical) to integrate their systems into the overall design.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure the design is feasible and cost-effective.
- Coordinate with interior designers, urban planners, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and present project documentation, including proposals, specifications, and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Manage project records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent field).
- Licensed Architect (or working towards licensure).
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a related field (e.g., residential, commercial, or urban design).
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other design tools).
- **Must Have experience of large scale township projects and commercial built-up projects**

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong creative and analytical mindset.
- **Certifications**:

- Any required certifications or licenses specific to the location, such as LEED accreditation, AIA membership, etc.]

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Flexible working hours, including some evening or weekend hours for meetings or deadlines.
- The role may involve working in both office environments and construction sites.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
