**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Delivery**:
- Conduct detailed training sessions on **AVEVA E3D**, covering **piping design, structural modeling, equipment modeling, and plant layout**.
- Train learners in **3D modeling, isometric drawings, clash detection, and MTO (Material Take-Off) generation**.
- Provide hands-on training on **industry workflows, project execution, and E3D customization techniques**.
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Develop and update **course materials, presentations, practical exercises, and real-world projects**.
- Ensure training content aligns with the **latest E3D software versions and industry standards**.
- **Practical Guidance**:
- Guide learners in **creating 3D plant models, extracting piping isometrics, and performing clash detection**.
- Provide **technical support and troubleshooting** to students during hands-on sessions.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:
- Evaluate learners through **assignments, tests, and real-world projects**.
- Offer constructive feedback to help them improve their technical skills and project execution capabilities.
- **Industry Insights**:
- Train learners on **E3D’s integration with AVEVA PDMS, AVEVA Diagrams, AVEVA Engineering, and other plant design tools**.
**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**:
- **B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering** (or a related field).
- **Technical Expertise**:
- Strong knowledge of **AVEVA E3D for piping, equipment, and structural design**.
- Experience with **piping standards (ASME, ANSI, API), plant layout, and process equipment modeling**.
- Familiarity with **clash detection, orthographic drawings, and project collaboration tools**.
- Understanding of **data management and integration with AVEVA engineering tools**.
- **Training Experience**:
- Prior experience as a Trainer or Instructor in **E3D, PDMS, or similar plant design software**.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to **simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners**.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in **AVEVA E3D or related plant design software**.
- Industry experience in **plant design, piping engineering, or industrial facility modeling**.
**Work Environment**:
- Ability to **conduct both online and in-person training sessions**.
- Willingness to **travel for corporate training programs** if needed.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
