**Store Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and addressing their inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

**Inventory Management**:

- Manage stock levels by performing regular stock checks and ensuring accurate inward and outward entries of inventory.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Organize and maintain the storage areas for easy access and optimal efficiency.

**Sales and Customer Service**:

- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor sales trends and provide feedback to the management team for improvement.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, stock levels, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for billing, payments, and returns.

Pay: From ₹9,530.60 per month
