**Job Summary**: - Responsible for overall market linkages for FPO Organic agricultural produce, liaison with key buyers and sellers.

**Experience**: 4-5 Years in marketing and sales of agricultural Organic products especially with FPO.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Help in facilitating sustainable linkages between buyers and processors, traders and producers, tailoring technical assistance at each level of the value chain.
- Working with the entire team to promote overall market development of Organic agricultural produce.
- Responsible to get key objectives and increase the efficiency of market chains in the project area through improved market information flows, and by strengthening linkages between buyers with sellers.
- To decrease the total cost of agriculture products from farm to wholesale markets through reduced pre-harvest losses, improved assembly, packing and transport services.
- Identify buyer’s requirement and assisting farmers in increasing agriculture product quality differentiation in markets through sorting and grading.
- Able to write report on monthly, quarterly, annual and semi-annual reports.
- Work closely with farmers to minimize or avoid the post-harvest losses.
- Assure that the appropriate grading procedures are performed Requirements.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor in agriculture/MBA (ABM)
- At-least three years of progressively responsibility related experience.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
