**Job Summary**:
The Plant & Asset Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s plant and equipment assets. This role involves tracking asset performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Asset Management**:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all plant and equipment assets.
- Track asset usage, performance, and condition, ensuring timely updates in the asset management system.
- **Maintenance Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate routine and preventative maintenance for all assets.
- Liaise with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely repairs and servicing.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports on asset performance, maintenance costs, and lifecycle analysis.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and recommend improvements.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to plant and equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all assets, including warranties and service agreements.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the asset management budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities related to asset maintenance and procurement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure efficient asset utilization.
- Support training initiatives related to asset management and maintenance protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in asset management, maintenance coordination, manpower management or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
