Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate human-centered, learner-focused training projects for various Ford IT audiences
- Drive a learning mindset with peer-to-peer and social learning and community-based interactions
- Research trends and develop proposals based on industry benchmarking
- Design and develop videos, Web-based training, instructor-led virtual classroom learning and job aids (i.e., blended learning) to support Ford IT initiatives, skill-building needs
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders spread out globally
