**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth understanding of the PPE product range and effectively communicate its features and benefits to customers.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and industry events.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, provide quotations, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue performance in CRM tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and convey them effectively.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
