Finance Regulatory Reporting, SrAssc

Functional Job Title : Senior Associate **Reports to : Lead for Regulatory Reporting Report Preparation**
**Department/ Division**:Report Preparation**
**Basic Purpose of Job**:
Responsibility to submit TIC Reports disclosures to regulators within due time.

Responsibilities & Tasks Include:

- Preparation of Monthly/Quaerly/Annually TIC reports.
- Working on UAT for changes suggested by regulator from time to time.

Job Requirements: Education and Experience
- Graduate degree in finance, business, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with Financial Reporting and Analysis.
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent coordination skill to deliver the report ontime to to regulators.
- Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines.
- Ability to work with other departments and represent the team in a positive manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge in AXIOM is added advantage.
- Complete and accurate preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to applicable regulators
- Prepare initial schedules and reports, including primary data provider capture point and work paper preparations

Skills/ Knowledge
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate data
- Quick learner, having track record of critical timely delivery of reports in short span of time and result oriented
