**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Anatomy & Physiology, you will be responsible for the following:

- **Content Review and Gap Analysis**:

- Review the existing course content (curriculum, textbooks, and other materials) to identify any gaps in experiential learning.
- Determine the need for new content (approximately 25-30%) to fill identified gaps, ensuring the curriculum is up-to-date with trends and technologies.
- Provide recommendations on transforming traditional content into immersive, interactive learning experiences aligned with learning objectives.
- **Lesson Components Development**:

- Develop approximately 25-30% of new content to address gaps identified in the curriculum, ensuring experiential learning opportunities are incorporated.
- Review interactive lesson components created by instructional designers, ensuring they transform textbook content into practical learning, practice, and assessment activities.
- Write content for assignments and ensure that all transformed content meets experiential learning objectives.
- **Teacher Resource Development and Review**:

- Develop teaching tips for each unit to guide instructors in implementing the materials.
- Review immersive practice lessons and suggest improvements to enhance the experiential learning experience.
- Create discussion prompts that foster critical thinking, peer interaction, and deeper exploration of key topics.
- Develop rubrics for assignments.
- **Stakeholder Review & Approval Support**:
**Key Requirements**:

- **Curriculum Development Experience**: Proven experience in developing, revising, or reviewing educational curriculum and lesson plans.
- **Content Writing Skills**: Strong ability to write clear, engaging, and informative educational content tailored to various learning styles.
- **Assessment Development**: Experience in designing effective assessments (quizzes, exams, case studies) to measure student learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Anatomy, Physiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise educational materials.
- Familiarity with assessment design and best practices in education.
- Excellent analytical skills for content review and gap analysis.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Subject Matter Expert or instructional designer in an academic or educational setting.
- Knowledge of current trends and advancements in Anatomy & Physiology.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹79.93 - ₹800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
