Core Responsibilities
- **Curriculum & Lesson Planning**: Design and implement lesson plans and educational activities, including art, music, storytelling, and physical exercises, to promote comprehensive development.
- **Classroom Environment**: Establish a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- **Student Development**: Monitor, document, and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular and open communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress, sharing developmental milestones, and offering support for learning at home.
- **Behavior Management**: Manage classroom discipline, address behavior, and promote positive habits and self-confidence in children.
- **Collaboration**: Work effectively with other teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive and collaborative educational experience.
- **Preparation for School**: Guide children to develop independence, curiosity, and the necessary skills for a smoother transition into primary school.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is often required.
- **Certification**: A state certification or teaching license for early childhood education may be necessary.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with young children, particularly in a preschool setting, is beneficial.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of child development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education are essential.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
