**Position**: Senior Dentist (Corporate Level)

**Job Summary**: Chennai Dental Centre is looking for experienced and skilled senior dentists to join our team. As a Senior Dentist, you will be responsible for leading clinical practices, mentoring junior dentists, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct complex dental procedures such as surgeries, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Lead and manage a team of junior dentists and dental assistants.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
- Participate in community outreach programs and dental health awareness initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS/MDS) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in dentistry.
- Valid dental license to practice in Tamil Nadu.
- Proven track record of successful dental practice and patient management.
