Job Title: Admission Counselor (Freshers Female Only ) - Skillcircle Chandigarh

Job Description: We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at Skillcircle Chandigarh as Counselor. As a Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential leads and convert them into admissions for our digital marketing course.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our digital marketing course
- Build rapport and engage with prospective students to understand their requirements
- Answer queries related to the course, admission process, and payment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to influence potential students
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in Counselor or sales is a plus, but freshers with a passion for sales and learning are also encouraged to apply
