Conduct thorough medical assessments to evaluate patients' health conditions and medical history. Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests to diagnose illnesses or injuries accurately. Analyze test results and medical data to formulate appropriate treatment plans. Develop customized treatment plans based on patients' medical needs, preferences, and home environments.Prescribe medications, therapies, and medical interventions as necessary, considering patients' health status and potential risks. Educate patients and their families about prescribed treatments, medications, and self-care techniques. Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. Implement preventive measures and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and well-being. Adjust treatment regimens and interventions based on patients' response to therapy and changes in their health status. Provide immediate medical care and interventions in emergency situations, such as cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or severe injuries. Stabilize patients' conditions and coordinate emergency medical services when necessary. Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure timely and effective crisis management. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care to patients. Communicate regularly with patients' primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate care plans and exchange relevant medical information. Facilitate referrals to specialized services or healthcare facilities as needed to address patients' evolving healthcare needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and medication histories. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and data privacy. Stay abreast of latest medical advancements, treatment modalities, and clinical guidelines relevant to home-based care. Participate in continuing medical education programs, conferences, and workshops to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
