Job Title: Telecaller / Junior Student Counsellor

Location: Arena Animation, Park Street, Kolkata

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - 20,000

**Work Mode: WFH/Hybrid**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Counsel students and parents on course offerings, career prospects, and admission procedures.

Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.

Conduct student needs analysis and recommend suitable programs.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.

Participate in education fairs, school visits, and industry events to promote our courses.

Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and open-house events to attract potential students.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance counseling effectiveness.

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Engage in outbound calling to potential students and nurture relationships to drive enrollments.
