Bim Architect

**Company Description**

Jalan & Associates is an architecture and interior design firm based in Guwahati. We are currently engaged in master planning for six railway stations across Assam. Additionally, we are designing a stadium in Badarpur. We are also designing a five-star hotel near the new Legislative Assembly in Guwahati and require a BIM specialist for this project.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect at Jalan & Associates located in Guwahati. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM), developing construction drawings, and managing submittals.

**Qualifications**
- Architecture and Architectural Drawings skills
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience in creating construction drawings and managing submittals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience of working with PreDCR will preferred

Pay: ₹12,107.22 - ₹25,000.00 per month
