**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair solar panels, inverters, and other solar energy equipment.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of solar energy installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with solar energy systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all work performed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks during solar installations and maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solar Technician or in a related field.
- Proven understanding of solar energy systems and their components.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical wiring and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
