**Job Role: Recruitment Executive (Manufacturing - Non-IT Hiring)**

We are looking for a **dynamic and result-driven recruiter** with **3 to 5 years of experience** in **non-IT hiring**, preferably from a **consulting/staffing background**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Consulting Background Preferred**: Experience in **staffing/consulting firms** will be an advantage.
**Volume Hiring**: Manage multiple hiring requirements across different divisions.
**Sourcing Strategies**: Utilize **job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals**.
**Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement alignment.
**Process Compliance**: Maintain recruitment reports and adhere to company policies.

**Who Can Apply?**

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years in **non-IT recruitment**, preferably in **manufacturing, construction, or building materials** hiring.
**Education**: Any **Graduation / Engineering (BE/BTech)**
**Skills**: Strong **sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills**
**Availability**:Immediate joiners preferred**
