**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design Projects**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design materials that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Take ownership of design tasks from concept through to final execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts to enhance the company’s online presence and storytelling efforts.
- Work alongside copywriters and content creators to seamlessly integrate visual elements into marketing campaigns.
- **Photo Editing and Manipulation**:

- Edit, retouch, and manipulate product photos, lifestyle images, and other visual assets to maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Source and select images for use in various marketing materials, ensuring they align with project goals.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for visual content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to consistently improve the quality and impact of visual assets.
- **Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Actively participate in creative meetings and contribute to discussions on design concepts and strategies.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling techniques.
- **Prior experience in graphic design, either through previous internships or professional job roles, is required.**:

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
