**Responsibilities**:
Provide individualized counseling to assist students in identifying and achieving academic and career goals.

Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests to offer personalized guidance.

Assist students in making informed decisions regarding their academic and professional paths.

Stay informed about admission criteria and educational trends.

Address students' personal and social concerns that may impact academic performance.

Organize workshops on study skills, time management, and stress management.

Communicate with parents to provide updates on students' progress and collaborate on supporting educational goals.

Foster positive relationships between parents, students, and the educational institution.

Mediate and resolve conflicts between students when necessary.

Provide a supportive space for students to discuss challenges.

Maintain a library of educational and career resources.

Utilize technology for effective counseling services and information dissemination.

**Requirement**:
**MUST HAVE EXPERICENSE IN COUNSELLING AT LEAST FOR 1 YEAR.**

**MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING ON WEEKENDS.**

**SOMETIMES HAVE TO VISIT OTHER EDUCATION INSTITUTES.**

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field..

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of educational trends and career pathways.

Must have knowledge of UPSC /MPSC pattern and syllabus.

**Salary**: ₹15,561.76 - ₹25,084.08 per month
