Wedding Planner

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales for wedding planning services.
Meet and pitch wedding planning services to prospective clients.
Convert venue bookings along with comprehensive wedding planning packages.
Discuss and plan wedding themes, venue setups, and other requirements with clients.
Provide creative input on decor, stationery, invites, music, etc., and present proposals. Prepare and maintain wedding guest lists.
Arrange transport and facilities for wedding guests.
Plan itineraries for wedding day functions and other ceremonies.
Liaise with vendors, negotiate contract terms, and obtain quotes.
Discuss budget and travel restrictions, especially for destination weddings.
Undertake all wedding preparations within the set budget.
Be physically present on the wedding day for coordination and management.
Create and communicate a timeline for all wedding activities.
Ensure timely transportation of wedding supplies to the venue.
Pack away clients' wedding gifts and personal property securely.
Obtain feedback from clients and maintain records of events covered.

Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience as an Event/Wedding Planner (Non-negotiable).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle stress and last-minute changes with ease.
Impressive negotiating and communication skills.
Knowledge of trending color palettes, design trends, and wedding industry trends.
Basic understanding of different religious practices.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Ability to build a network and maintain professional links.
Highly creative and detail-oriented.
Excellent leadership skills.
Familiarity with different event management tools.
