Key Role Responsibilities
- Geologist

Functional: 1 Developing literature on geological and geophysical surveys

2 Exploring data regarding geological and geophysical surveys and build databank and keep it updated.

3 Planning initial site visits in co-ordination with marketing and technical teams

4 Preparing and submitting proposals to client on time and further negotiate with prospective clients and confirm the order.

5 Planning and organizing client visits for geophysical surveys in co-ordination with Mr. Sharma and GPS/GIS mapping projects after getting confirmed order from the client.

6 Planning the travelling schedules and keeping all the relevant team members informed at all times.

8 Ensuing that all the surveys/mapping projects are completed on time as per the planned schedule

9 Marking of profiles done on site through GPS and preparing primary GPS layout plan

10 Preparing survey reports, VLF, VES graphs

11 Ensuring timely compilationof the final report, getting internal approval and submission to client.

12 Supporting the ISO Compliances.

13 Developing New Products & Services, market research in the field of Survey. Operational:
1 Plan initial site visits for self and team as per requirement.

3 Escalating/getting seniors involved where necessary to ensure client satisfaction and on time delivery of project.

4 Follow-up with clients for payment collection

5 Attend seminars, exhibitions, conferences to promote the company.

6 Motivating the team and establishing clear communication within the team.

7 Improvising the internal processes based on teams’ and clients feedback to enhance operational efficiencies.

8 Take up (minimum) one initiative per quarter.

9 Adhere to the company’s philosophy and policies at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
