Developing contract strategy based on project segment including Identifying, developing

and negotiating with vendors on the basis of cost analysis and alternate quotes, adhering to

Budget requirements.

Identifying new vendors/contractors for specific work & subsequent Follow-up with

contractor for the same and submission of offers for finalisation.

Analysing and comparing quotes on the basis of budget allocation, cost, quality, delivery,

any deviations from vendors with final cost to company analysis.

Strategizing plans for ensuring smooth on-site operations by working on MS Projects

Liaising with various agencies for supervising the project progress; ensuring completion within

timelines.

Generating MIS weekly & monthly reports, planned v/s actual progress curves, monthly & quarterly

look ahead reports, project dashboard reports for design, contracts & purchase operations, delay

analysis, risk analysis report

Preparing AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for projects.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- real estate: 6 years (preferred)
- billing & planning: 6 years (preferred)
