**Job Summary**

Responsible for branch coordination activities — information and data management (including ERP entries). provide secretarial support to Area office employees to enable timely information flaw across employees. functions and accuracy of data management at the branch

**Job Responsibility**

**Information and Data Management**
- Assist with preparation of MIS/ reports, presentations, data etc.
- Manage storage and retrieval of required documentation at the branch - electronic and paper
- Create and maintain letters, communications. and minutes of critical meetings as required etc.
- Conduct ERP entries (SOM, end of day etc.) at the branch as required for updating branch related data on the system
- Organize work by reading and routing correspondence: collecting information, initiating telecommunications etc.

**Branch Secretarial Support**
- Assist in the planning and preparation of periodic meetings teleconferences etc.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Branch head, prepares itineraries, prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records
- Manage visitors at the Branch, takes messages, schedules appointments for branch head far critical meetings with customers, government official etc.
- Assists in creating, revising formats, and standards for office correspondence.

**Qualification Require**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Desired _Certified Professionals Secretary or Certified Administrative Professional

**Relevant Experience**
- Minimum 2-5 years of administrative support experience as executive assistant, secretary or administrative officer
- Ability to coordinate with a wide range of internal/ external stakeholders across levels
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in bath written and oral farm
- Ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks quiCkly and accurately
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety af situations
- Ability to manage deadlines and perform multiple tasks
- Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude desired

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
