Job Responsibilities:

- Ensures all PO are correctly and timely raised in SAP Ariba and shared to Suppliers as per SLA.
- Ensure that all reports Pertaining to Procurement are generated on time (Procurement KPI Report, Supplier Delivery Report, Procurement Cost Report and Procurement Quality report)
- Build Strong relationship with Supplier’s by frequently communicating with them.
- Handling Client and Suppliers Queries and provide them resolution within time.
- Primary Skills:

- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end processes, reports, etc. as needed to support team., and communication with vendors and internal business partners, etc.
- May lead and/or provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues based on his/her process expertise.
- Should be able to handle escalations independently.
- Secondary Skills:

- Ensures that the daily activities within his/her responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
- Is responsible for a customer focused service towards the client
