Marketing Executive

**ROADMAP & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Area Assignment & Route Planning**
- Daily route planning by district/block/village
- Assign areas and maintain documentation
- Track visit plans and reporting schedules

**2. Market Mapping**
- Identify outlets (dealers/retailers)
- Gather data on local distributors and influencers

**3. Competitor Intelligence**
- Survey existing players
- Analyze branding, promotions, ATL/BTL presence
- Perform SWOT analysis

**4. Marketing & Promotional Strategy**
- Local campaigns, events, and seminars
- Distribute promotional materials (leaflets, banners, etc.)
- Collaborate with Sales for lead generation

**5. Dealer & Retailer Engagement**
- Build and maintain dealer relationships
- Communicate schemes and collect feedback

**6. Ground Realities & Challenges**
- Identify issues like inventory pileup or cost inefficiencies
- Suggest local marketing innovations

**7. Customer Interaction & Service**
- Regular meetings with farmers
- Gather insights and share scheme/product info

**8. Product Feedback & Promotion**
- Promote and collect feedback on products
- Track repeat purchases and dealer stock movement

**9. New Initiatives & Innovation**
- Suggest local marketing strategies or pilots
- Use digital/visual tools or influencers

**10. Program Management**
- Execute events/seminars and manage logistics

Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in fieldwork, travel-ready.
- Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with rural marketing and agri-based communities.

Experience in **agriculture, dairy, feed, or FMCG sector** preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
