**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain **MIS reports and dashboards** using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Utilize **VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel formulas** to analyze and process data effectively.
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare periodic **performance reports, sales reports, and operational metrics** for management.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in data visualization and trend analysis to support business strategies.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless data management.
- Maintain database integrity and ensure data security.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.).
- Experience in **MIS reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of **SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
