Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced tailor with expertise in working with Satin, Silk, and Gorgette fabrics. As a tailor, you will be responsible for creating and altering garments to meet clients' specifications. Your proficiency in handling delicate fabrics like Satin, Silk, and Gorgette is crucial to ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:
Fabric Handling: Utilize your expertise in working with delicate fabrics such as Satin, Silk, and Gorgette to ensure proper handling and preservation of the materials throughout the tailoring process.

Garment Creation: Interpret clients' specifications, measurements, and design preferences to create custom garments with precision and attention to detail.

Alterations: Perform alterations on existing garments, including adjustments to size, length, fitting, and style according to clients' requests.

Sewing and Stitching: Utilize a variety of sewing techniques and stitches to assemble, sew, and finish garments with accuracy and finesse.

Pattern Cutting: Utilize pattern-cutting skills to create and modify garment patterns, ensuring proper fit and style.

Quality Control: Inspect finished garments for flaws, defects, and proper construction, making necessary adjustments or repairs to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide professional advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven work experience as a tailor, with a focus on Satin, Silk, and Gorgette fabrics. Prior experience working with luxury garments or in a high-end fashion environment is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in sewing, stitching, and pattern-cutting techniques. Demonstrated ability to work with delicate fabrics and maintain their integrity during the tailoring process.

Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Creativity: Ability to interpret clients' design preferences and adapt patterns to create unique garments.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional advice.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work with different styles, designs, and garment types based on clients' requests.

Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with various sewing machines, tools, and equipment used in tailoring.

**Salary**: ₹10,470.31 - ₹30,316.30 per month
