**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize the company’s **LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Company Pages**.
- Implement **AI-powered tools** for automated lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain **targeted prospect lists** (decision-makers in government, EPCs, oil & gas, nuclear, marine, and industrial sectors).
- Create and schedule **engaging LinkedIn content** aligned with business strategy.
- Run **inbound & outbound LinkedIn campaigns** to maximize business opportunities.
- Arrange and coordinate **qualified meetings** with decision-makers.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness (conversion, leads, ROI).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align LinkedIn strategy with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **LinkedIn Sales Specialist / LinkedIn Marketing Expert**.
- Strong knowledge of **AI sales automation platforms** (e.g., LinkedIn automation tools, CRM integrations, chatbots, SalesIQ, Zapier, etc.).
- Experience in **B2B lead generation**, especially in UAE markets (oil & gas, EPC, government).
- Ability to create **personalized, high-converting LinkedIn messaging campaigns**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of analytics and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with **Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms** is a plus.
