To provide world-class technical support for in-service/delivered products and to influence maturity throughout the product life cycle to meet customer and business needs, ensuring Design Intent is met.
Multimedia graphic creation is the need for technical publications. This role fulfill the technical documentation requirement with current market requirement in terms of multimedia graphics and 3D animation.. This role will steer the external partnering and get done the work according to RR guidelines.

Key Accountabilities
- Create and update style guides for multimedia graphics
- Steer external partnering for get done the graphic creation work.
- Quality checking and coordination of projects with partnering
- Coordinate with Cross functional teams for graphic development
- Develop and approve the technical content of technical publications/communications (used by OEM, build/commissioning/maintenance bases and customers) including acceptance limit development.
- Gather in-service data and carry out continuous improvement by identifying Best Practice and Learning from Experience activities, feeding back into future programmes and document design teams.

Key Experiences and any Qualifications
- Engineering or equivalent degree
- Knowledge of components/ systems functionality
- Experience of working on complex tasks that are novel and ambiguous
- Able to create multimedia graphics with different tools
- Handle partnering with stringent timelines for deliveries
- Experience of creation of guidelines
- Experience in support/lead cross-functional teams e.g. specialists, suppliers, customers, partners
