We are passionate about innovation, design, and craftsmanship. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and meticulous Garment Technologist to join our dynamic team.

As a Garment Technologist at Haddow group India, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality, fit, and consistency. You will work closely with the design, production, and quality assurance teams to oversee the entire production process, from the initial concept through to the finished product. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise will ensure that our garments maintain their high-quality standards throughout the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical packs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee sample development, conducting fittings, and making necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect fit and finish.
- Maintain the quality of products by conducting thorough inspections at every stage of the production process.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve any technical issues that arise during manufacturing.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that garments consistently meet our high standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that materials and components meet required specifications.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and techniques to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety, environmental, and ethical guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Garment Technologist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in pattern making and grading.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Proven experience in maintaining product quality throughout the production process.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
