**Role & responsibilities**

1. To attend all telephonic inquiries regarding admissions.

2. To meet all students/parents coming in center for admission.

3. To counsel potential students to enroll in the programs offered by the institute.

5. To make sure the students are submitting all kinds of fees before due date - during admission as well as after admission.

6. To help all admitted students in getting all kinds information, portal access, study material from university.

7. To act as bridge between students, university, center, and corporate office.

8. To guide admitted students for timely completion of the theoretical course.

9. To help in clearing doubts of the students with the help of university tutor for theoretical and department heads of the hospital for practical.

10. To make roster of the students to gain practical experience in the hospital/center.

11. To coordinate with hospital/center department heads and administrator and make sure all students are given proper practical training of their course/stream.

12. To re-counsel the students if students are willing to exit in between and to motivate them to complete 3 years of practical training and attain bachelor degree. Same for Masters degree.

13. To complete the formal exit formalities of the students who are existing in between or after completion of their course. To make sure they receive certificate from the university.

14. To keep data ready online as well as offline of all the students at all time.

15. To help students in placement.

- Have a set target for obtaining quality admissions. Adherence to the admission process from plan to closure.
- Maintain and expand student database.
- Be passionate about the work.
- Devise effective strategies.
- Timely follow up all leads.
- Excellent team player
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasks well in a fast-paced workplace.

**Experience**

2- 4 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
