We are Hiring Audiologits
Locations: Delhi, Faridabad, Mumbai, Punjab & Kolkata
Qualification: MASLP / BASLP| Experience: Fresher - 2 Year
Interview Mode: ZooM/Face to Face | Industry: Hospital & Clinics
- To provide treatment by fitting hearing aids and other assistive devices; conducting auditory training and instruction in speech and lip reading; counselling patients and families; conducting programs in aural rehabilitation; guiding technical staff.
- Maintains patient records by recording and updating evaluations, changes, progress, and treatments.
- Provides auditory evaluations and education by measuring and studying noise conditions; conduct hearing protection and hearing loss screening programs.
- Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to state, and local regulations, and professional standards.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking trends in new techniques and approaches; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
- Keep appropriate records and maintain compulsory paperwork required for the hearing aids sale and claims.

**Strengths**:
**Good Verbal Communication**:You must be able to effectively recommend and counsel patients motivating them to act against their hearing loss and take the required next step(s) towards better hearing.
**Compassion & Good Interpersonal Skills**: It is important that your patients feel you care about their well-being. You would need to establish rapport with patients and also with your colleagues and make them feel comfortable

**Critical Thinking**:Need to compare various hearing aid options and predict which one will have the best outcome
**Positive Attitude**:You are preferred if you have enthusiasm, initiative, problem-solving and a caring attitude
**Team Worker**:Work diligently both independently and also as part of a team
**Good at Time Management**: Efficient planning, prioritizing, and timely execution of tasks are important
**Languages**:Verbal proficiency in English, Hindi, and any other regional language is preferred
