**Overview**:
As a Nursing Assistant Teaching Faculty member, you will be responsible for educating and training future nursing assistants within our institution. This role combines practical nursing skills with teaching expertise to ensure students receive comprehensive instruction in patient care, safety protocols, and healthcare best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update curriculum for nursing assistant training programs based on industry standards and regulations.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments that align with program objectives and student learning outcomes.
- **Instruction and Training**:

- Conduct classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions to impart nursing assistant skills and knowledge.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices and instructional methodologies.
- Participate in faculty development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and maintain industry relevance.
- **Student Support and Guidance**:

- Mentor students by offering academic and career guidance.
- Address student concerns and provide additional support when needed to facilitate student success.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members, healthcare professionals, and industry partners to enhance the quality of the nursing assistant training program.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
