**Job Title: Architect**
**Experience - 5-8 yrs**
**For Construction Industry**

Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Design:

- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs in accordance with project requirements and client specifications.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and models using appropriate software tools.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Liaison and Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather project requirements, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Urban Design, Contextual Analysis, and Master Planning:

- Conduct site analysis and contextual studies to understand the urban environment and site-specific conditions.
- Develop master plans and urban design strategies that integrate with the surrounding context and contribute positively to the built environment.
- Collaborate with urban planners, landscape architects, and other professionals to create cohesive and sustainable design solutions.
- Feasibility Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed projects, considering factors such as site constraints, budget, and market demand.
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports outlining project objectives, constraints, opportunities, risks, and recommended strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Project Management:

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- Professional certification or licensure as an Architect (preferred).
- Proven experience in architectural design, urban design, and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
