About the Role

The **Marketing Coordinato**r is responsible for the hands-on execution of the company's digital content strategy. This role focuses on bringing the content calendar to life through graphic design, video editing, content scheduling, and community management. The coordinator ensures that all content is high-quality, brand-aligned, and published on time, while also managing community interactions, performing initial lead qualification, and reporting on content performance to support the company's marketing goals

Key Responsibilities

**Content Creation (Graphics & Video)**
- Read and understand the Content Buckets, Topics and their Core Message for each scheduled post in the Content Calendar.
- Design visually engaging, multi-slide carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn based on provided content briefs and the Brand Style Guide.
- Source brand-aligned icons and stock imagery as needed for designs.
- Ensure correct and consistent logo placement on all visual assets.
- Perform basic edits on raw video footage to create engaging, sub-60-second Instagram Reels.
- Export and save all final assets in correctly named and organized folders.

**Content Scheduling & Platform Management**
- Check the Content Calendar every morning to identify the day's posting schedule and priorities.
- Schedule all finalized content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using a scheduling tool or by posting natively.
- Update the Status column in the Content Calendar for each post as it moves through the workflow (e.g., from "Ready for Publishing" to "Published").
- Find and add the Link to the Published Post in the calendar for every piece of live content.

**Community Engagement**
- Monitor all comments and Direct Messages (DMs) across all social media platforms daily.
- Respond to comments within a target timeframe (e.g., 2-3 hours) using the established brand voice.
- Follow a simple script to perform initial lead qualification for any business inquiries received via comments or DMs.
- Prepare and send out WhatsApp broadcasts for major announcements or content highlights.

**Performance Reporting & Analytics**
- At the end of each week, populate the Key Metrics column in the Content Calendar for all posts from the past week.

**Internal & External Coordination**
- Act as the main point of contact for other freelance specialists (e.g., a long-form writer) to ensure smooth communication and asset delivery.
- Communicate with the founder daily to align on priorities and provide a status update on all active tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
