Social Media Marketing Professional + Content maker - LinkedIn

This will be a part time (20-40 hours/week) role. We run engagement pods on linkedin and provide Linkedin Boost using SMM techniques for our clients. We are on track to be a fully funder Linkedin SMM agency. We currently have 400 clients and targeting to reach 2500 clients in the next 6 months.

Build Linkedin engagement, (Likes, follow, share, network growth, post comments, engagement)

Linkedin automation, (scrap, automate, data collection, outreach)

Optimizing Linkedin service

Building marketplace for Linkedin Coaches and thought leaders

**Subscription Sales**

Proprietary Linkedin automation tool

Linkedin license subscriptions (Linkedin premium Career, Business, Sales navigator and Recruiter lite)

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Professional with a strong focus on LinkedIn to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.

**Responsibilities:

- Should be capable of creating compelling content, stories, and visuals for our clients. Use of Chatgpt /BARD and tools like explodingtopics, answerthepublic will be considered a plus.
- Prior experience leading existing userbase and readers to subscribe to a newsletter type service is a plus
- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy to increase our client's presence and exposure in Linkedin.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality and relevant content on LinkedIn, with a target of at least 100 posts per week (for self and multiple accounts)
- Manage ours and clients Linkedin pages and groups.
- Ensure that all content, including. images, fonts. and messaging, is consistent, clean, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn posts and campaigns, adjusting the strategy as needed to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, LinkedIn algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools to optimize our social media efforts.
- Engage with our LinkedIn community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a specific focus on LinkedIn.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful LinkedIn campaigns, content creation, and storytelling.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics and social media management tools to track and measure performance. Self-motivated, creative thinker, and an excellent team player.
