**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Estimate the cost and effort required for the project conversion based on the provided specifications.
- Define project milestones and set realistic deadlines for each phase of development.
- Coordinate with a team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Monitor the progress of the project, identify risks, and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise in React Native development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in React Native development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in React Native development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, React, and React Native frameworks.
- Experience in estimating project costs and setting realistic deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
