**Role: Manager - **Chief of Staff

**Location: Bengaluru**

**Requirements**:
A fast-growing cleantech company funded by PE and setting up new plant. Bengaluru Chief of Staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a senior management or strategic role, preferably within the cleantech or mining industry.
- Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role is highly desirable. Skills:

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on key business issues and opportunities

perational Efficiency: Oversee and streamline company operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and manage internal processes and systems to ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments. - Project Management: Lead and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, including employees, board members, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Executive Support: Provide direct support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings. Ensure the CEO is well prepared for internal and external engagements.
- Organizational Development: Support the development of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices. Foster a positive and productive company culture that aligns with the company’s values and goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges facing the organization and work with the executive team to develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and address any issues that may impact the company’s performance.
