As a Growth Marketer at Vendasta, you'll be the architect of our data-driven marketing engine. You'll relentlessly optimize website performance for scale, design robust analytics pipelines, and streamline marketing operations through seamless integrations. Leveraging best-in-class technologies, you'll fuel rapid growth across multiple brands by empowering data-backed campaigns and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Some examples:
**A/B Testing and Website Optimization**: Develop and execute A/B tests on landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and website designs to drive higher conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs.

**Marketing Analytics Implementation**: Build tracking and reporting dashboards in tools like Google Analytics or Posthog to monitor key metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion funnels). Analyze results to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities.

- Optimize website performance and reliability: Ensure fast loading times, high conversion rates, and low bounce rates to improve customer experience and boost lead generation.
- Drive data-driven insights: Establish accurate data tracking, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and identify valuable segments.
- Enhance marketing operations: Streamline workflows, integrate marketing tools, and automate processes to improve efficiency and agility.
- Master web technologies and tools: Leverage expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and integration platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to align technical strategies with marketing goals.
- Optimize website performance and reliability: Ensure fast loading times, high conversion rates, and low bounce rates to improve customer experience and maximize lead generation.
- Enhance marketing operations: Streamline workflows, integrate marketing tools, and automate processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale marketing efforts.
- Maintain a Github repository for all websites. Work closely with R&D as required.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 3-5 years experience in growth marketing
- Exceptional Communication Skills (Written & Verbal): Must possess the ability to translate complex data analysis into actionable insights, present findings persuasively to stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams (marketing, sales, product).
- Web Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like Next. JS.
- Content Management Systems: Experience with WordPress, Webflow, and similar platforms.
- Analytics & Data: Strong skills in data tracking tools (e.g., Segment, Cookiebot) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Sigma or similar).
- Integrations & Automation: Ability to connect systems and streamline workflows using tools like Pipedream and Hookdeck.
- Technical SEO: Solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to address technical SEO issues.
- Project Management: Effective management of multiple tasks, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Growth Mindset: A passion for experimentation, data-driven analysis, and continuous improvement.
