**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Videography**:

- Operate video cameras and related equipment to shoot events, lectures, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Set up and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Collaborate with departments to plan and execute video shoots for academic and marketing purposes.
- Maintain and organize all recording equipment.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Add graphics, captions, music, transitions, and other effects to enhance video quality.
- Create short-form and long-form videos suitable for social media, YouTube, internal portals, and external marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all videos are aligned with the university's branding and communication goals.

**Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and academic teams to understand content goals and delivery timelines.
- Assist in live streaming or broadcasting of key events, seminars, or conferences.
- Archive and maintain a digital library of all media content for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in both video shooting and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, color correction, sound design, and pacing.
- Knowledge of camera operations (DSLRs, mirrorless, or professional video cameras).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an academic or educational setting.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of social media trends and video content strategy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
