**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the successful deployment of SmartComm solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
- Ensure that all SmartComm solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
- Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data integrity and compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 5 to 9 years of experience in SmartComm development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with Data Governance is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
