**Job Title**: Banquet Sales Executive
**Location**: Tilla Mode, Loni, Ghaziabad
**Compensation**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Basic) + Performance-Based Incentives (Based on Skills & Experience)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and attend to clients visiting the banquet hall.
- Provide detailed information about the venue, wedding packages, available services, and amenities.
- Conduct venue tours and showcase the property to prospective clients.
- Assist and guide clients with booking procedures and customization options.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the banquet area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Maintain records of client interactions and bookings.
- Provide assistance and support during event setups and client visits if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or banquet coordination preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, friendly, and presentable.
- Ability to work on weekends and during peak wedding seasons.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining booking records and follow-ups.

**Compensation**:

- **Basic Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on experience and skill level)
- **Incentives**: Additional performance-based incentives applicable

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
